FEMA and SBA Recovery Centers

 

To make the recovery from statewide flooding as painless as possible, Senator Conrad suggests that those affected by flood waters with questions about recovery programs visit one of the ND Department of Emergency Services and the Federal Emergency Management Agency Disaster Recovery Centers. Disaster Recovery Centers have been established across the state.

Additionally, for business owners experiencing losses, the Small Business Administration (SBA) has established a Business Recovery Center in Fargo.

Each location has recovery program representatives available to help answer questions about federal assistance. The hours of operation for each Individual Recovery Center is Monday - Saturday from 9 a.m. - 6 p.m local time. See information below for the SBA Recovery Center's hours of operation.

Senator Conrad strongly encourages everyone affected by the floods to register for disaster assistance prior to visiting one of the Disaster Recovery Centers. Residents can register for assistance by calling 1-800-621-FEMA (3362) or TTY 1-800-462-7585 or visiting www.DisasterAssistance.gov online. The registration line is open daily from 6 a.m. - midnight CDT.
